Azerbaijani Ambassador to Latvia Elnur Sultanov has met with the country’s Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense Artis Pabriks to discuss issues of cooperation between the two countries.

The sides emphasized the strategic level of partnership between Azerbaijan and Latvia, highlighted the importance of relations between the two countries in the field of defense, and pointed out opportunities for deepening the bilateral cooperation.

During the meeting, the sides also exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
